A shot of adrenaline does it. You disconnect the I.V. and stick the needle in. Depress the plunger and detach the heart monitor. Instant heart attack. The dose has to be large enough of course. Not too big, if it’s too much it’s a dead giveaway. Too little and they’ll recover and you’ll be in trouble. The real fun is in those moments where you’re deciding. To live or let die. That’s what it’s about.
Did I mention that I learned all this from the head nurse that trained me in?

well ok then, yea its an awesome feeling but using artificial adrenaline is ant that a bit over board.
I mean i have a KTM 520 and that gives me all the bursts ill ever need using needles is just bad.
